Introduction
Utilize tags for efficient organization and filtering of scheduling tasks within your organization. You have the ability to generate a maximum of 20 tags for your organization.
Steps to adding a Task Tag
- Navigate to Organization settings> Tasks
- Navigate to the Task Tags folder
- Select New tag
- Add your Tag name and select Save new tag
Steps to updating Task Tags
- Navigate to Organization settings> Task tags
- Select the edit pencil icon
- Update the name of the tag
- Click Save changes. Any tasks with the previous name will be updated to the new name
