Candidate Portal Job Setup
Candidate Portal Settings (General preferences)
General preferences such as the job display name, an introduction (candidate greeting message), and branding theme can be set for each individual job.
- Job display name: This is how the candidate will see the role they are applying for. You may use the same job name that is visible in your ATS by selecting the Use name from {{ATS name}} box, or to use a name that is different from your ATS, uncheck the box and input the job name of your choosing.
- Introduction: This section is recommended for greetings and will appear just below the cover image in the candidate portal.
- Branding theme: Select the branding theme you would like to use from the dropdown menu.
Content Tabs
Each job can have a unique set of content tabs that will display to the candidate. For each content tab, a page template must be selected from the Content column. The page template can then be customized for the job by giving the tab a name and icon. Further the visibility of the tab can be customized to always be visible, never visible, or when a specified stage is reached.
